TradePaper Tools provides document drafting utilities, not customs, tax, legal or logistics advice. Confirm final documents with your buyer, broker or other responsible adviser.

Free browser document creation, checks, CSV and printing remain free. TradePaper Pro costs USD 5.99 per month and supports 100 saved shipments and 20 trading-partner profiles. Your first payment is charged when you subscribe, with automatic monthly renewal until cancelled. No free trial or setup fee applies. PayPal displays the charge before you approve it; any currency conversion by your payment provider is separate.

Cancel future renewals from your TradePaper account or PayPal before the next billing date. Cancellation retains access through the confirmed paid period; it does not itself issue a refund.

You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days by contacting contact@tradepapertools.com.

Contact us about duplicate charges, technical failures or renewal refund requests; other refunds are reviewed individually. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law. A completed full refund or payment reversal removes access for that paid period; partial refunds retain that period's access.

Existing saved records remain readable, exportable and deletable after paid access ends. Do not upload data you are not entitled to share.
